The filter is the solution to limescale problems for all machines not equipped with their own anti-limescale filter. The filter contains ion exchange resins capable of softening the water and filtering impurities, significantly improving coffee quality.

Shipping and Delivery

Delivery Times: Our teams strive to process orders as quickly as possible. Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days of confirming your purchase.

Shipping Costs: Shipping costs vary based on the weight of the package, the destination and the shipping method selected. You will find the available options and their costs during checkout. Shipping is FREE for orders over 100 CHF.
*For glass items (such as liqueurs, etc.), an additional 10 CHF will be charged for the Vinolog rate (even above CHF 100), which ensures safe and protected shipping of fragile goods to prevent breakage during transit.

Return: If the product ordered is defective or does not correspond to the one ordered, we will send you a label to place on the package and send it back. In this case we will either issue a refund or deliver the correct product.

If you made a mistake when ordering a product, you can replace it by returning the package to our address at your expense.
